We are passionate about providing health-promoting, evidence-based education to our patients and community members. Class offerings include:
Empowered Relief®:
This 2-hour virtual class is appropriate for anyone dealing with chronic pain. Empowered Relief® was developed by Dr. Beth Darnall, PhD at Stanford University. This class provides pain education, awareness about how your mind and body respond to pain, and skills to change your pain experience. Empowered Relief ® has been shown to decrease pain, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve pain-related outcomes.
Gut Check:
This 8-week class meets in-person or virtually for 1-2 hours every 2 weeks. During this course, you’ll learn about optimal gut health
REHABS:
This 12-week series meets in-person every 6 weeks and is appropriate for anyone looking to rebuild their core after injury, surgery or pregnancy.
Build Back:
This virtual 6-week program will facilitate your return to exercise after a low back injury!
Supplement protocols
If you’re looking to help manage your symptoms without medication, supplementation may be appropriate for you. However, choosing the correct supplements can be overwhelming. That’s why Dr. Amy Osborne has created specific supplement recommendations for a variety of symptoms and presentations including chronic pain, connective tissue dysfunction, stress, and leaky gut. Please contact your healthcare provider before starting a supplement protocol.
